The story of Richard Wershe Jr. (Richie Merritt) who, in the mid-1980s, when he was just 14, became an undercover informant for the police. Then he turned into a major drug dealer, and when he was 17, his double life was unmasked when he was caught with 17 kilos of cocaine. Richard was sentenced to life in prison.
